The Habitat Binh Duong, an apartment project developed by VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Co., Ltd. – a joint venture of VSIP J.V, Co., Ltd, Sembcorp Properties (subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries from Singapore) and MC Development Asia (subsidiary of Japan’s Mitsubishi Group) was honored for two awards including “Best Eco-Friendly Condo Development” and “Best Condo Development in Binh Duong” at Vietnam Property Awards 2022 organized by Property Guru thanks to its persistence in green design with EDGE standards in phase 3 and quality of the whole project in terms of planning, design, landscape, construction, facilities and location. At the Gala event on 21st October 2022, the representatives of VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway officially received the certificates and trophies directly in front of more than 500 guests coming from more than 30 real estate developers in Vietnam.
In addition, on 13th October 2022, VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway also received a trophy as recognition by the Vietnam Ministry of Construction for contributions to the green developments in Vietnam at the Vietnam Green Building Week organized by IFC organization and Vietnam Ministry of Construction.
For the award of Best Eco-Friendly Condo Development, The Habitat Binh Duong project is designed with vision of green, sustainability and convenient lifestyle.
