According to the representative of VSIP – Sembcorp Gateway, The Habitat Binh Duong meets the rigorous criteria of an independent panel of expert judges in the field of real estate development, architecture, design and consulting. The award is followed by BDO – 5th ranked global accounting firm.
VPA 2017 is part of the Asia Property Awards program organized by Property Guru Group (Thailand) to honor the best real estate developers in Asia. This is the third consecutive year that this award has been held in Vietnam.
In respect of VSIP I’s township development strategy, The Habitat Binh Duong is a residential development developed by VSIP J.V., Sembcorp Properties (Singapore) and MC Development Asia (subsidiary of Mitsubishi Japan Corporation).
With international development orientation, VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway has cooperated with contractors such as Cofico, RSP, Apave, etc. and appointed Savills Vietnam as the property management to bring the best quality and service for customers. As officially launched in mid-2016, Phase I has been completed and handed over apartments to residents since March 19th.
Currently, 90% of the total apartments have successfully been handed over, of which 30% of residents are professionals and foreigners who are living and working in Binh Duong and neighboring provinces.
